Inducing trance, despite what you may think after watching Hollywood movies, isn't that hard. Your biggest headache while inducing trance may be choosing the right method. There are many ways to induce trance, starting from simple progressive relaxation techniques, finishing with very dramatic instant induction methods.
The question you will be asking yourself very often is, "Should I make this induction more reliable or impressive?" While answering this question you have to take into consideration many factors like: how much time do I have, how deep the trance should be, what kind of distractions I have to deal with and many others. If you will stay aware of your surroundings, your inductions won't be only more effective, but also faster and easier.
