LEARN HOW TO HYPNOTIZE SOMEONE AND MAKE HIM DO WHATEVER YOU LIKE...
by Peter Saks on May 5, 2009
Hi, it's Peter Saks here.
Here's a fact you may want to know... I'm a real estate agent. Years ago, my Dad was buying a new home. He called the best real estate agency in the area, asking for support. The following morning a guy called Norton has visited us.
There was something exceptional about this man. You almost instantly liked him and the way he was interacting with other people was simply amazing.
In matter of minutes he made my dad pick two houses he liked the most and the very same day, we owned new home…
He has made such an impact on me, I knew that I will be a real estate agent one day.
The only problem? I had no fricken' idea how to persuade people.
I'm talking clueless.
And I’ll tell you another thing... it sucked.
So, when I reached the point in my life where I made a decision, that I needed to learn how to become more persuasive person, moving up to LA and trying my best there was a "natural challenge" that I wanted to take on...
So I made it a point to try all the techniques that I learned... in the real world... and I chose LAs estate market as my "practice environment." I learned a few incredibly valuable lessons.
It wasn't long, until I've realized I lack something. I've missed some skill that other real estate agents had.
At that time our agency was the most sought after in LA, the biggest reason behind it was we had the most successful seller. He was the ultimate closer, a mythical character you hear stories about but never know if they are true.
So when I've got an opportunity to meet up with him, it was a no-brainer. It was like gaining access to top secret CIA files, your couriosity is taking over common sense.
Day before the meeting I couldn't sleep, I was so fired up I was walking around my home and thinking what should I ask him. We met in front of the agency, he shook my hand and told: "Get in the car, we have to make a sale". I wasn't expecting this, but it was a great opportunity to see him work, so wihout any hesitation I've agreed.
When we arrived, there was a guy waiting for us. A big fat man in shiny tight suite with a well exposed gold rolex and russian accent. It was the kind of guy who wants only the highest-priced things and is extremely hard to please. I was prepared for a tough battle to make him buy, 16 million dollar mansion.
However my friend looked at me with a cocky smile on his face and said: "In 30 minutes it will be over". Yeah right, we are going to see. In my world doing such a thing was impossible.
But my doubts were crushed from the first moment of the interaction between the two. This guy was Norton squared, he made an instant best friend out of this russian.
The way he worded his every sentence made you experience all the future benefit this new home has to offer, the russian couldn't stop gazing at him and was laughing and patting him on the back every five minutes.
And as promised after 30 minutes the decision was made, guy has just purchased 16 million dollar home... It's not suprising he was the best...
After signing up the contract, I've took him for a coffee, soaking his every word like sponge. I was desperate to discover how he is able to make people desire a house so much.
"Well, I have a good understanding of human psychology and ... hmm, you will think its creepy..."
Creepy, he has just got 5% commision from 16 mills, creepy is new cool for me.
"If you really need to know... I hypnotize people"
Are you joking? You mean stuff like swinging watch and counting from 1 to 10? But how? Your conversation sounded completely normal. How have you hypnotized him?
"It is because, I am using something called conversational hypnosis, it's very hard to spot, but allows you to control other person on unconcious level... Actually I shouldn't be telling you this... I have to go."
I couldn't squeeze anything more out of him, so I've needed to find out more about this "conversational hypnosis" on my own.
It was harder than I've expected it will be, but soon I've discovered that "conversational hypnosis" is a mixture of NLP, social psychology and psychology.
I've begun studying this stuff like a mad man. I was reading, watching and listening to every material I could lay my hands on about hypnotizing people. I've also visited many high-priced seminars, to watch masters of hypnosis, live.
I've been spending so much on the educational materials I've got myself in debt, but it was well worth it...
Acquiring this kind of information, feels like having super powers. You are able to put into pieces any human interaction and secretly hypnotize anyone without him noticing it. When you live your life having such skills, it seems like world around you is running in slow motion and there are no unexpected situations that can't be handled.
Since that time I've mastered those skills on an unconscious competence level, so I don't have to think what to say or do in order to hypnotize someone, it just happens. This stuff is so deep in my mind I am often unaware I use it on someone, currently it is a normal conversation skill I have.
What I've discovered through years of experience with hypnotizing people, is I gain a lot from teaching other people these skills. In addition to the fact I help others, I am also able to deepen my understanding of how covert hypnosis works. This is why I've created this website, to share and learn from you, so feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding how to hypnotize other people.
